What to Expect at Your Consultation

Prospective patients can schedule a consultation by filling out our evaluation form. Once you’ve completed your health evaluation form, send it to us through fax at least one day in advance of your appointment. Our team values your time, so we want to make the process as efficient as possible. The average appointment takes between 45 to 60 minutes. One of our experts will inform you of your best possible treatments based on your symptoms and your physical health. You’ll discover how you have the power to become an active participant in your body’s wellbeing. We will explain how the process works and the information we will need from your doctor. 

We charge a $120 consultation fee that can be paid at the time of your appointment. While we do not charge insurance providers for our services, we work with our patients to meet their financial needs. If you require financial assistance, we’ll help you determine whether you may receive reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Over the years, we’ve continued to partner with a growing number of local doctors and nurse practitioners. These providers work with us and prescribe our compounded medications to our patients. Please call our pharmacy if you would like to get in touch with one of our partnered physicians. As you choose from our list, please be aware that our pharmacy is not familiar with every doctor’s specific practices. You will need to meet and interview each doctor to see whether their services fulfill your personal and financial requirements.  

We are happy to work with your current physician, as well. Be sure to inform your doctor about our services at your next visit. We’ll get in touch with your doctor and see if a partnership is a viable option. Our pharmacists keep regularly monitor your condition during the course of your treatment. Your body is constantly changing, and so are your needs! We’re always available if you’d like to update your prescription.
